Does it cost anything to place a vending machine at our location?

There is no installation fee or monthly rental for our vending machines. We only collect the revenue from the products sold through our vending machines. 

How often is the vending filled with products?

We have a system that tells our route drivers when machines are getting low and need to be refilled. Our drivers have the capability to service accounts every day if needed. 

Can we request product changes for the vending?

Our customers are encouraged to call us with any products they would like to see in the vending machine. We try our best to accomodate all requests.

What is vendor's process to respond to quality corrective actions from customer?

 A response with an action plan via phone/email will be almost immediately. Correction of malfunctions with machines will be within 2 hour time frame. Product/Menu changes would be the same day or the following day for fresh food. Any machine replacements would happen within a day or two.  

How often would we see a price change?

Capitol guarantees all prices for a term of 1 year. Afterwards, pricing may adjust depending on our suppliers pricing. If any increases should occur – our customers will be notified by writing 3-4 weeks in advance.
